TenderHut - an IT Capital Group from Bialystok, opens another foreign branch, this time in Denmark.
According to Forbes magazine, Denmark is the best place for business thanks to a flexible labor market, low corruption and a small bureaucracy. The Danish economy is ruled by free market, free competition and lack of restrictions on doing business ventures. Denmark is regarded as the top global market for performing business tests. For years it has the highest rank in the International Transparency Index and the global livability and happiness indexes. The happiest people in the world live in Denmark. It’s worth to join them- says Anna Suchanek, Head of Section, Trade and Investment Promotion Section Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Copenhagen
President of TenderHut Group- Waldemar Birk lived and worked in Denmark for about 25 years, therefore, he knows the region and business conditions perfectly. Hence, nobody should be astonished that the company really cared about opening their office in this country. Gaining a local partner, who would be responsible for development of Danish branch of the company- Peter Ottesen, have just accelerated this process. Peter Ottesen can boast of many years of experience in the IT industry. Working as a programmer, database specialist, consultant and a dealer at many international branches (i.e. Siemens, Software AG, Bull France, DLH Group, Fujitsu), he gained business experience in Denmark and Norway. His job is an extension of the company’s activity on the Danish market. He is fluent in Danish, German, Swedish and English.
According to Anna Suchanek from Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Copenhagen, Denmark ranked 2nd place in the European Innovation Scoreboard 2016, presented by the European Commission and once again it was named "the leader in innovation". For the sixth time in a row, Denmark was declared as the best place to do business in Europe, according to the report by the World Bank. Globally, only New Zeeland and Singapore surpassed Denmark. The country is also recognized as the most creative country in Europe. Copenhagen took 5th place in the Start-up ranking by Digital City Index 2015, which is a good indicator in deciding, where to establish business, the advantages and disadvantages of running a business there. It shows how different cities in Europe support digital entrepreneurship.
The expansion to Scandinavia
This is the second Scandinavian country (for several months, the company has been successfully operating on the Swedish market, from the office in Stockholm), in which TenderHut opens its branch. The Copenhagen office will support sales of all the companies within the group: SoftwareHut (IT outsourcing), LegalHut (legal advice on tender procedures for IT products and services), Solution4Labs (laboratory LIMS class systems) and will be responsible for the local customer service on the Danish market.
And there is more to come…
According to Robert Strzelecki, Vice President of TenderHut: Denmark is a good place for IT industry development not only because of its highly developed infrastructure, but also favorable business taxes and administrative solutions. After opening offices in Copenhagen and Stockholm we are still working hard on implementing our strategy for European expansion. We plan to open the third foreign branch, which will expand our influence.
In the nearest future TenderHut plans to expand the scope of services running their own team responsible for Cyber Security. Their task will be to prepare the organization for implementation of the new EU directives by the end of 2018 (GDRP, PSD2), and the Emergency Response Team, whose activities are aimed at resolving the problem of data leakage in organizations. Recently, our group has been awarded in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, which gathers the fastest growing Central European innovative technology companies: among the 21 companies from Poland TenderHut ranked on the 13th place, and on the 38th place in the general ranking The group has also been included in the most prestigious IT industry ranking in Poland - Computerworld TOP 200 - taking 3rd place among the fastest growing companies, and 20th among the IT outsourcing services’ providers.
