TenderHut, the technological group from Poland, is successively implementing its plan of foreign markets expansion and opens another office – this time in Switzerland. What's more, Solution4Labs, their subsidiary company, raises the EU funds and creates an effective strategy of entering the markets in Austria and Germany with their LIMS systems for analytical laboratories.
Switzerland – the ideal place for business development
Switzerland is one of the richest, the most financially stable and well-developed countries in the world. Moreover, it's characterised by an exceptionally high level of technological know-how. It's a place, where the biggest banks and financial and insurance institutions have their headquarters. They are evident clients for TenderHut, who are often looking for qualified IT specialists in Poland.
Because of that, brand new office in Zurich set a target to, among others, make organisation of such a cooperation easier. Companies from TenderHut Group are already serving clients from Switzerland, by providing them IT outsourcing and project management services.
Brand-new office, proven solutions
Our local partner, which has enormous experience of working with Big Four companies, will be responsible for leading Swiss office. The new office, same as previously opened in London, Stockholm and Copenhagen, will support services and products sales of every company from TenderHut Group: SoftwareHut (IT outsourcing), LegalHut (IT legal advice), Solution4Labs (LIMS laboratory systems), and ProtectHut (cybersecurity).
– Switzerland is the next step in our expansion. We already have offices in Great Britain, Denmark and Sweden. In a short time we are planning to open next foreign offices because that sales model is an excellent way of acquiring foreign clients which now are 90% of our all customers – says Robert Strzelecki, vice president of TenderHut Group.
Thanks to talks that were held in Switzerland, TenderHut Group acquired outstanding partner – Sonova Group. Sonova, with a headquarters in Stäfa, Switzerland, offers one of the most comprehensive portfolios of products in their industry – from hearing aids through cochlear implants to wireless communication solutions. The Group, founded in 1947, is present in more than 100 countries over the world and employs more that 14 000 people.
The next companies from TenderHet Group enter the international arena
Solution4Labs, specialised in implementation and adjustment of systems to individual laboratories' needs, ended the first stage of SME Internationalisation program. They created, together with Podlaska Regional Development Foundation (PRDF), the entry strategy to markets in Germany and Austria.
Previous operations contain a sophisticated analysis of conditions on potential markets and choosing of optimal modes of actions. These actions should result in acquiring new clients and effective services sales in Germany and Austria.
After the approval of the first stage by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP), Solution4Labs sets about receiving a bailout for implementing the new business model. Funds are available as part of the Operational Programme Eastern Poland. The plan assumes among other things: a purchase of innovative CRM system, taking part in Analytica (specialistic trade fair) in München, trade missions to Germany and Austria, and implementing proper quality management systems.
All of these actions will expedite company's activity comprehensively, confirming in this way that the quality of provided services by it is high. At the same time, Solution4Labs brand awareness will grow, and it will impact the growth of business contacts on competitive markets in Austria and Germany.
